am having a lot of problems throwing leg kicks as am always hitting the top of my foot and twisting my ankles anyone got an idea what i am doing wrong i love the training but i cant afford to keep twisting ankles

one answer would be to ask the person running the class what am i doing wrong and ask them to do an demo on how to throw the kick slowly so u can watch and then try the kick slowly your self and an other thing might be u are trying to do the kick so fast u are truning into it to much [ Edited Fri Jul 30 2010, 03:16AM ]

cool as thanks just didnt want to bother my trainers with piddly little stuff when they are training the real fighters in the stable
